Delete your Workforce account

Request permanent deletion of your Galaxy Workforce account and associated personal data. Galaxy aims to complete your request within 30 days and will confirm the outcome using your registered contact details. Only records required by law will be retained, with the reason and retention period explained to you. Archiving a profile is not account deletion.

Submitting a request does not immediately sign you out or erase your records. Galaxy will review the request and contact you about completion. This affects Galaxy Workforce only, not Galaxy Dispatch.
